An Inside Look
We take pride in our design process, and we would love to share our process so you, too, can see the care we put into our art.
Cutting
To begin, we take the metal of your choice and cut it down to a manageable size.
Shaping
After cutting the metal down to size, we proceed by getting to your precise width for your ring, by cutting into the thousandths (.001) and ending with a piece as flat as can be.
Chamfering
After shaping the ring, we drill and smooth out the interior by getting the precise angles, ring size, and and comfort finish just for you.
Finishing Touches
Once the ring is completed, we ensure that the ring is up to our quality control standards, add any engravings asked for, and finish it off with a polish.
